Elizabeth Howard
Elizabeth (GG) Howard joined BAY in 2003 and became a member of the Georgia Bar in 2006.
Howard defends clients in auto tort matters, employment litigation, premises liability and professional negligence claims. She performs coverage reviews and litigates coverage issues. Howard relocated with her family to Atlanta in 2001.
Prior to moving to Georgia, she was a partner at a boutique litigation firm in Columbia, South Carolina and served as the trial attorney for the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control. She worked as law clerk to the Hon. Joseph F. Anderson, Jr., U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina.
Howard graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School, cum laude, in 1987 and became a member of the South Carolina Bar in the same year. Howard was active in the John F. O’ Neall Inn of Court and the South Carolina Women’s Lawyer Association. She received the Silver Compleat lawyer Award from the law school in 2008.
Howard is admitted to practice in the Court of appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia, all districts of the US District Court in Georgia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. She remains a member of the SC Bar. She volunteers with the City Schools of Decatur, Decatur City Dance and the City of Decatur

Alyson Straight
Alyson Straight joined BAY in 2018 and became a member of the Georgia Bar in 2012.
Ms. Straight defends clients in auto tort matters, premises liability, commercial and general litigation. Ms. Straight relocated with her family to Atlanta in 2012. After moving to Georgia, she practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia for five years.
Ms. Straight graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School, in 2011 and became a member of the Maryland Bar in the same year. She was active in the University of Baltimore Civil Advocacy Clinic and the Truancy Court Program. Ms. Straight is admitted to practice in the Northern District Court in Georgia
And remains a member of the Maryland Bar.
